VERY HAPPY
Great place to live! Friendly, very helpful staff, clean beautiful grounds. Love my garage! Can't wait to enjoy the pool. ... Love the dog park! Location is close to so much food and shopping, however you don't feel like you are in the heart of a busy city. Love that! The property is nestled in a quite and safe neighborhood with access to beautiful trail.The office staff is accommodating ... and genuinely cares for the residents- Thanks Tammy and Marla.The maintainence staff,often times ,is quick in responding.The place is well maintained year around and lushly landscaped.It is in close proximity to grocery stores,recreational center and good restaurants.The school district has commendable rating.The 2 bed-2 bath apartments are spacious with ample storage space.The fitness center and clubhouse are always immaculate.We have been residents of Washington Place for last 5 years and our experience ,so far, has been great. We have lived here for a year and half and love the community. We felt so comfortable with the staff, they are friendly, ... welcoming, and always smiling. The maintenance is top notch. The pool during the summer is always sparkling, snow removal during the winter is always prompt. We’ve loved this place so much we moved my Mother-in-law to the property.
