Great place to live!

Great people at the office! Super quiet complex, economical. Super fitness center, lots of open spaces around. Close to shopping centers. All in all a fantastic place to live!

Can’t say enough

I am really thankful to have found WPA. The entire staff in the office is incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. You absolutely get what you pay for, and they have exceeded my expectations!

Exceeded expectations

Can't say enough about the staff, grounds, and apartments here at Washington Place. We've been in a week and feel so warm and welcomed. It already feels like home.

The comforts of living at Washington Place.

The property is nestled in a quite and safe neighborhood with access to beautiful trail.The office staff is accommodating and genuinely cares for the residents- Thanks Tammy and Marla.The maintainence staff,often times ,is quick in responding.The place is well maintained year around and lushly landscaped.It is in close proximity to grocery stores,recreational center and good restaurants.The school district has commendable rating.The 2 bed-2 bath apartments are spacious with ample storage space.The fitness center and clubhouse are always immaculate.We have been residents of Washington Place for last 5 years and our experience ,so far, has been great.

Great Place

We have lived here for a year and half and love the community. We felt so comfortable with the staff, they are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The maintenance is top notch. The pool during the summer is always sparkling, snow removal during the winter is always prompt. We’ve loved this place so much we moved my Mother-in-law to the property. We just recently purchased a house and unfortunately will be leaving, but we do highly recommend this property.
